Tulip Time

This is a picture of the afghan I am currently working on. It is knitted on size 17 circular needles with double stranded bulky yarns. The dark pink is from a yarn convention back in August and the light pink is being used because it is fleece. It is a simple stockinette stitch for the first several rows, then the idea came to me to make a lovely tulip in the middle of the afghan to remind me of spring! Right now the afghan is 32 inches in width and 19 inches in length, but I hope to finish it by the end of the week. I would like to use it before winter is over! God bless!
